We pride ourselves in providing high quality items (both new and gently used as well as antique and/or vintage) and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except goods that are damaged in handling – upon receipt - by you, the buyer (ie.damaged jewelry). We will ship items to you that are in excellent condition and strongly want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
If you need to return something, please send an email to: sharonkneura@yahoo.com or call us at 1.216.394.6085 within 15 days of the purchase date for authorization on a return. We will accept “authorized returns” within 15 days as long as the items are unused and in the original/ shipping packaging.

Class Act Resale, Inc. accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. We regret that personal or business checks are not accepted.
If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order your product by phone at 1-216-394-6085 - the items will be tagged and set aside in our inventory on layaway. An Email Order Acknowledgment will then be sent to you confirming your "Layaway Order."
