Our next Art Walk / Gallery Hop is the
first weekend in October
One of the oldest and most well known art walks in
Northeast Ohio, the Little Italy Art Walk also known as the Murray Hill Art Walk, because Little Italy's neighborhood is located on
"Murray Hill", and is host to more than 30 art galleries and studios along Mayfield and Murray Hill Rds. In
addition, the Little Italy Art Walk has hundreds of other artists set up along the streets of Little Italy. What makes Little
Italy's Art Walks so special is the abundance of Italian Restaurants, Bakeries & Cafe's, shops and boutiques in the
neighborhood, all participating throughout the weekend event.
Little Italy is known for its gallieries, shops, restaurants,
bakeries and cafe's. In addition, Historic Little Italy is within walking distance of University Hospitals/Case Western Medial
Center, the Cleveland Clinic, University Circle which includes Severance Hall, the Cleveland Institute of Art and Music, the Western Reserve Historical Society, the Botanical Gardens and the Museum of Natural History. Students form Case Western Reserve University and tours coming to the museums come to Little Italy for lunch, dinner and stroll the streets for some shopping.
